Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer our Services.

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

ThrustLust is intended exclusively for adults.

• According to the instructions provided;

Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe.

If you experience unexpected discomfort while using a product, stop using it and seek appropriate professional advice if needed.

Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, unauthorized modification, improper cleaning or charging, failure to follow instructions, or use outside a product's stated specifications may not qualify for warranty, replacement, return, or refund coverage.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:

• A product is unavailable;
• Product or pricing information contains a material error;
• Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
• We identify a potential fraud or security risk;
• Shipping or legal restrictions prevent fulfillment;
• The order appears to involve unauthorized commercial resale; or
• The order otherwise cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item or items.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order are not guaranteed.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, products purchased through our retail website are intended for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Prices, Payments, Taxes & Promotions

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious or material errors.

Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide valid and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

Discount codes, promotional offers, gifts, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, geographic restrictions, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively to completed purchases, or combined with other offers.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled item, we will refund the amount paid for that item.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges are displayed on our website or during checkout where available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, peak shipping periods, transportation disruptions, security screening, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned or additional costs arise because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, you may be responsible for reasonable actual return or reshipping costs.

If a delivery issue is caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right.

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, widespread system failures, or similar events.

7. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues

Returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, damaged or defective products, and undeliverable packages are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because ThrustLust products are intimate personal-use items, hygiene restrictions apply once certain products or protective seals have been opened or used.

Any product warranty offered by ThrustLust is subject to its stated terms and exclusions.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all original content available through them—including the ThrustLust name, logos, trademarks, product names, product designs, text, photographs, graphics, videos, icons, website design, layouts, and marketing materials—are owned by or licensed to ThrustLust and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not:

Content involving the exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited.

Content You Intentionally Submit for Public Use

If you intentionally submit content for a public review, testimonial, social post, promotional campaign, or other public-facing purpose, you grant ThrustLust a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and use that content in connection with our business and marketing, to the extent permitted by law.

This license does not apply to private customer service communications, troubleshooting materials, product-support photos or videos, or other content provided solely to resolve an order, warranty, or product issue.

Private customer support materials are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are not obligated to publish, retain, compensate for, or respond to User Content.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes.

11. Shopify, Third-Party Services & Privacy

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our store. However, Shopify is not the seller of ThrustLust products, and purchases made through our store are made from ThrustLust rather than Shopify.

Our Services may also rely on third-party payment processors, shipping providers, applications, analytics providers, social platforms, and other technology providers.

Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for websites, services, products, or content operated by third parties that we do not control.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Website Availability, Warranties & Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, current, and available.

We may correct errors or update information where reasonably necessary.
