I bought it specifically so I wouldn't have to do the work. I come home wiped out, stick it to the floor, sit down and let it pulse on its own. My hands are free enough to scroll my phone.

The pulse isn't some little shudder, it genuinely strokes. I tested it with my hand and it was hard to hold onto. Inside, every stroke lands solid, and I can feel it pull back slightly before driving in again.

I usually warm up on a low vibration setting first, then switch to the pulse. It's a little cool going in but it heats up fast. Once it's warm and I've relaxed, it starts working deeper one stroke at a time.
